We make the BHASAD brands get remembered for.

You already have a feed. It is probably fine. Fine is the problem. Nobody screenshots fine, nobody forwards it, and nobody remembers who posted it on Monday.

BHASAD /bʰə.səɖ/ · noun, Hindi slang

Glorious, productive chaos. The kind that stops a thumb mid‑scroll and starts an argument in the comments.

In their words

What clients
say afterwards.

The part we cannot write ourselves.

They came back with a quiz show. For a commercial leasing firm. We said no twice and then we said yes, and it is the first thing our clients mention now.
,
We had fifty-eight years of story and no idea how to fit it on a phone. #FeelingsWaliChai did in one campaign what our packaging never could.
,
Explaining ozone-washed vegetables used to take us five minutes. They turned it into a comic strip and Ahmedabad understood it in five seconds.
,
Our placement numbers were always good. BHASAD made students actually want to watch them. The alumni films are now our best admissions tool.
,
They understood that a hygiene brand has to teach and entertain in the same frame. The packaging and the feed finally sound like the same company.
,
One team wrote it, shot it and posted it. After years of briefing an agency and a production house separately, that alone was worth the switch.
,

Where we started

We grew up in
real estate.

Twelve years of selling buildings, plots and townships. Long cycles, sceptical buyers, a category everyone scrolls past. It taught us everything we now use elsewhere.

Case studies

How it
actually went.

Six of them. Each starts with a business problem, not a content calendar, so read the problem first, then the idea, then what it moved.

Kaziranga University

The problem

A private university in Assam competing for students whose parents still default to a metro college. Rankings and course lists do not move a seventeen-year-old, and no amount of campus photography does either.

The idea

Stop selling the campus. Start showing the people who left it. Every placement, every alumnus, every ordinary Tuesday on campus became content, told by students, in their own words, on camera.

What we made

An always-on feed, an admissions campaign, billboards across the state, and an entire YouTube channel of student and alumni films, from The Day I Saw Myself on a Billboard to Convocation, Sur-Taal and the placement podcast. Almost everything on that channel was shot by us.

What it moved

    House of Abhinandan Lodha

    The problem

Land is the least glamorous thing you can sell in real estate. It has no lobby to photograph, no show flat to walk through, and a buyer who has been burned by the category before.

    The idea

Treat land the way luxury treats itself. Restraint instead of noise: black, white, a lot of empty space, and copy confident enough to leave the hard sell out of it.

    What we made

A launch campaign and social rollout built on that restraint, designed so a plot of land could sit beside any premium brand without looking like a classified ad.

    What it moved

      Realistic Realtors

      The problem

India’s largest commercial real-estate advisory had three decades of hard-won equity and a brand that looked every one of those years. Nobody scrolls for office leasing.

      The idea

Keep the equity, lose the dust. We derived a pattern from the brand’s own typeface so one system could stretch from a business card to a hoarding to a feed.

      What we made

A modernised identity, a vibrant always-on social presence, the Rethink 2020 campaign when COVID flattened commercial leasing, and two video series that made a leasing firm watchable.

      What it moved

        Haraa

        The problem

Ozone-washed fruit and veg is a hard thing to explain and a very easy thing to scroll past. The USP was a chemistry lesson nobody asked for.

        The idea

Stop explaining, start casting. We personified the produce as comic characters, loveable enough that people accepted the science without noticing they were being taught.

        What we made

A city-wide comic series under one name, Taazapur, carrying every USP from the ozone wash to the 11-point quality check, plus packaging, standees and the launch feed.

        What it moved

          Rungajaun Tea Estate

          The problem

Fifty-eight years of legacy, a genuinely niche premium audience, and all of it needing to reach people who now live on a phone, without turning the estate into a museum.

          The idea

#FeelingsWaliChai. Wellness tea sold on how you want to feel, not on an ingredient list. Because that is how anyone actually chooses a cup.

          What we made

An always-on feed that speaks to tea people directly, story animation built on India’s chai culture, festival moments from Rhino Day to Christmas, and the wellness range launch.

          What it moved

            The Good Hygiene Co.

            The problem

Plant-based, sustainability-conscious, doctor-curated. Three excellent reasons to buy, and not one of them a reason to stop scrolling.

            The idea

Bold voice, approachable face. Make the knowledge the content, then wrap it in pop-culture references so it gets shared instead of skimmed.

            What we made

A minimal, contemporary identity, packaging design, and a social system that teaches and entertains in the same frame: premium enough to charge for, relatable enough to forward.

            What it moved

              By the numbers

              The part your
              CFO asks about.

Eight years, counted honestly. Nobody renews a retainer because the grid looks nice.

Brief: Create a landing page design with interest-based email registration for an upcoming residential project on the border of Chandigarh, India. Our approach: Highlighting the biggest USP of being on the Chandigarh border, we created a home page banner and then a scrollable highlight path which showcases other project highlights in an orderly yet concise fashion. World Mental Health Day

A conversation can make all the difference. On the world mental health day, as a tea brand, we launched this campaign to spread awareness about the importance of a conversation. The listening ear on the side of the tea cup portrays the importance of listening during a conversation about mental health. A cup of tea is one of the best places to begin a conversation at, hence we used it to exemplify our cause.

              Film & video

              Yes, we
              actually shoot.

Not stock, not a freelancer, not a template. We have shot over 300 films. Below are eight series worth sitting through, written, shot and cut by the same people who run the feed. Which is why the reels do not look like everyone else's.

              Campus & Alumni Films

              Kaziranga University

A university sells itself badly when it talks about itself. So we handed the camera to the students. Placement stories, an international student finding Assam, a classical music festival, a convocation, and a girl seeing her own face on a billboard. Almost everything on their channel was shot by us.

              Cheated Buyers

The Indian builder is a stock character: rich, loud, untouchable. We cast him as a coward instead, flinching at every doorbell, and ran him through six ordinary situations. Comedy did what an angry public-service ad never could.

Short films on mental health for a counselling platform. Real situations (exam results, an intern’s lift ride, a thing nobody wants to name) played straight, so the line lands as advice and not as a slogan.

              Realistic Realtors

A commercial real-estate advisory has exactly one content problem: nobody scrolls for office leasing. So we built a quiz show. Staff answered general-knowledge questions on camera, mostly badly, and a thirty-year-old firm became watchable.

              Homeland

Nobody buys a home from a floor plan. We filmed the people already living in one, across a two-part series plus the launch film, and sold the building by showing the evenings inside it.

              What you get

              Four things.
              All of them loud.

Most of you will arrive for social media and end up handing over the whole brand. That is not an upsell. The feed is simply where strategy, design and film are forced to agree in public.

              How we work

              No decks for
              the sake of decks.

Four steps, same order, every time. Open any of them.

Not "what do you want to post". We want to know how you make money, who hesitates before buying, and what your competition is already saying too loudly. Most briefs change shape in this conversation.

              Studio

              Two founders,
              zero account managers.

A full team of designers, editors, writers, shooters and strategists sits behind these two, but you will never be handed off to an account manager. The people who sell you the idea are the people who write it, shoot it, and answer your WhatsApp at 11pm.
